AI assistant

The Cabo wedding assistant is an AI system trained on Crystal's experience and research. It is not Crystal personally typing each response. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect and should be independently verified before you make financial, legal, travel, or safety decisions.

Products and access

Refund Policy

Digital products

Because digital products and gated content are delivered or made accessible immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Duplicate charges and access problems

If you were charged twice, received the wrong product, or cannot access a purchase, submit a request through the contact page using the email address from checkout. We will investigate and correct verified billing or delivery errors.

Services and consultations

Wedding website design and consultation rescheduling, cancellation, revision, and refund terms will be confirmed before work begins or when the appointment is scheduled. Work already completed and missed appointments may not be refundable.

How to request help

Contact us as soon as possible and include the purchase email, product or service name, date, and a short explanation. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Pricing

Prices are labeled as published, reported, estimated, or unavailable where practical. Taxes, service charges, minimums, room blocks, travel, and custom-event requirements may not be included. Always obtain a current written quote directly.

Reviews and critical claims

Quoted experiences are attributed and linked to their original public source when available. They represent the reviewer's experience, not a fact independently verified by Married in Cabo. We aim to distinguish official facts from anecdotal reports and invite corrections or venue responses.

Updates and corrections

Research dates appear on major vault pages or records. Information can change without notice. To report an outdated price, broken link, factual error, or provide a response, use the contact page.
