Because digital products and gated content are delivered or made accessible immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law.

Duplicate charges and access problems

If you were charged twice, received the wrong product, or cannot access a purchase, submit a request through the contact page using the email address from checkout. We will investigate and correct verified billing or delivery errors.

Services and consultations

Wedding website design and consultation rescheduling, cancellation, revision, and refund terms will be confirmed before work begins or when the appointment is scheduled. Work already completed and missed appointments may not be refundable.

Contact us as soon as possible and include the purchase email, product or service name, date, and a short explanation. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
