Throughout our engagement, I kept a running note in the Notes app on my phone. Whenever a sweet moment happened, a memory came back, or I thought of something I wanted to say to him, I'd add it to my note.
There was no pressure to make it sound beautiful or turn it into a perfect sentence. I was just collecting little pieces of our story. By the time our wedding came around, I realized I'd already written most of my vows without even trying.
